PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LETTER OF INTEREST & SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS 2019
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Chaffey Community College District.
CONSULTANT SELECTION: The District selects all consultants for professional services of private architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, or construction project management firms on the basis of demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required in accordance with California Government Code Section 4526.
The Chaffey Community College Purchasing Services department manages the Consultant and Design Professional contracting process established by the California Government Code and the District.
CONSULTANT OPPORTUNITIES Services requested on an as-needed basis include architectural, landscape architectural, engineering, environmental, land surveying, construction management services and other facility-related services.
CONSULTANT SUBMITTALS: To be considered for services listed in the subject Annual Announcement, please complete
a Consultant Profile Form.
Please have the following items ready, as they will be required to complete the Consultant
Profile Form:
- Letter of Interest (Cover Letter)
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and relevant performance data
- List of References

The requested information is required to properly store respondents’ information in the database for quick and easy access if and when service(s) are needed.
Submittals may be received throughout the year - there is no deadline.
As opportunities for facility-related services arise, the District will screen respondent firms according to a project’s technical requirements and the qualifications presented by respondent firms.
