Chino Community Center opened as a partnership between
the Chaffey Community College District and the city
of Chino in 2009. Located on the Chaffey College
campus in the heart of Chino, the community center is a
facility with magnificent style and convenience.

The lobby is the main
entrance to the facility. This is the first room that
your guests will see when they walk into the facility. This space is typically used
for a gift table, appetizers, photo booth, and bar service.

The lobby furniture is available
for you and your guests to use. It is common to
decorate this space with picture frames, a guest
book, programs, or place cards. Unfortunately, no,
furniture cannot be removed, but we can certainly
work around it.

You will locate
the men's restrooms near the lobby entrance. The men's restrooms have three
stalls and four handwashing sinks. The women's restrooms
are down the hall and have five stalls, four
handwashing sinks, and a baby changing station.

Moving forward is a
nice and easy transition into the banquet hall. The banquet hall
is one large space that divides into three
different sections or rooms, accommodating
different numbers of guests. If you notice the
big brown cabinets, those cabinets
have air walls that come out to divide the room.

If we were to bring
out the first air wall, you would have one
room, Hall C. Hall C can accommodate up to 80
guests max, banquet style.

If we were to bring out
the second air wall, we would have two rooms
combined, Halls B and C. Halls B and C can accommodate up to
160 guests max, banquet style.

air walls, Halls A, B, and C, can accommodate up to 250 to
300 guests max, banquet style.

If you are using the entire
space, Halls A, B, and C, the main area or the
center of the room is typically in between
the brown cabinets. This space is typically used for
a head table, sweetheart table, stage for presentations,
podium and microphone, or an area for
your guest speaker.

The dance floor that you
see here is portable. This means that we
can move it and set it up wherever you would like. The size that you're seeing
is an 18 by 18 dance floor. However, it can go smaller
to a 15 by 15 and a 12 by 12. The size your dance floor will
depend on the number of rooms that you have and the number
of guests that you will have. Dependent on whether you get
Hall C, Halls B and C, or Halls A, B, and C, your main area
or the center of the room can vary. However, we are flexible
with your setup. During your planning process,
we will meet with you to help you design the
layout that you envision. Everything that we
own is portable. And we can set up wherever
you'd like, as long as it fits and it is safe. Tables and chairs are
included with your rental. We own a variety of tables,
including 60-inch round tables, 8-foot tables, 6-foot tables, a
half-moon, and cocktail tables. The brown banquet chairs that
you are seeing in this video are the chairs that are
included in your rental rate. However, we do have packages
that come with additional items and services, such as Chiavari
chairs, table linens, uplights, bar services, and more.

Next to the women's
restrooms, you will find our bridal room suite. This bridal room suite
is available for brides or any guests of honor
that is using the facility. It is available
and it's included in your rental rate for the
duration of your events. You have access to this room
when your setup time starts, and you have it
for the entire day. The bridal room has
a private restroom for the guests of honor to use. This space is also available
for the guests of honor to store any items
that are needed for the duration of the event. As the renter of
the facility, you will get to check out the
key for the bridal room so that you can lock up your
belongings during your events and access the bridal
room as needed.

Also available is a
beautiful outdoor courtyard. This space is included
in your rental rate, unless you are using
this space for a ceremony or a large setup. If you are hosting a
ceremony or a large setup, there is an additional
cost for the courtyard. If you are not planning on doing
a ceremony or a large setup, this space is included
in your rental rate, and you are available to use
this space for appetizers, cocktail tables,
games, and more.

Lastly is our beautiful
state-of-the-art kitchen. Chaffey College has a
culinary arts program, and this space belongs
to our students. Because it is instructional
space, unfortunately, caterers cannot cook onsite. Caterers are able to use the
kitchen as prep space only. That means that
they are able to use the tablespace, the
refrigerator, the sinks, the trash cans, but
they are not able to use our ovens or any amenities
that are in the kitchen. Caterers are welcome to
make themselves at home with their own equipment.
Description: The room is full of stainless steel tables and racks, some of which are on wheels. Pots and pans hang from the ceiling, and electrical cables are coiled up, also hanging from the ceiling. There are many brightly colored cutting boards, and several stand mixers. Along the outside, under hoods, are the stoves and ovens.
Together, the facility
offers 5,250 square feet with plenty of complimentary
parking for your guests.
