Master Planning

The new Ontario Campus will help keep pace with the growth and evolving needs of the community and will reestablish Chaffey College’s presence in Ontario. In 2021, The District purchased two parcels of vacant land totaling approximately 19 acres at Ontario Ranch Road and Hamner Avenue. This Ontario Campus Master Plan provides a vision for the new property.

The Fontana Campus Master Plan provides a vision for a New Fontana Campus, located at the intersection of Sierra Avenue and Under Wood Drive. The College will relocate existing Fontana Campus’ programs to the new property.

VISION 2030: Chaffey College Educational Master Plan is the College’s long-term plan, and as such, will guide the College’s energies and resources in the coming decade.

Vision 2025 Addendum, is an update to the District’s facilities master plan. The facilities master plan describes how the future development of the campuses will be guided by the College’s Institutional Goals and translates the projected enrollment into site and facilities recommendations.

The Sustainability Master Plan (SMP) is a comprehensive framework of the strategic measures Chaffey Community College District uses to meet its core value of environmental responsibility.
