Consistency and Maintenance

Please adhere to the following:

• Conform to the brand of Chaffey College.
• The official content management system of Chaffey College is Omni Update’s OU Campus.
• Any design, content and/or layout elements in all online content representing Chaffey College must conform to Office of Strategic Communications.
• If content has been determined as outdated, inaccurate, or inconsistent with the Office of Strategic Communications guidelines, the Office of Strategic Communications will attempt to alert the appropriate content contributor or section head. If that step cannot be completed and the content is outdated, inaccurate, redundant or trivial, it may be removed by Office of Strategic Communications.
