The Strategic Communications Office provides photographic services for promotional and marketing purposes of a campus wide nature. The Strategic Communications Office also produces official staff, faculty, and administration portraits, and team or group photos, which are scheduled by appointment only.

The images taken may be used (with photo credited to Chaffey College) in news releases, admissions materials, and advertisements. They may also be used by the media with the permission of the Office of Strategic Communications and must include the appropriate photo credit.
Official photographs, taken by the college’s photographer (or representative), may only be used for news and editorial purposes. They may not be used for commercial or personal use. Requests for photos must be submitted via email to Melissa Pinion, Communications Manager.
Model Release Form
A Release Form must be completed by individuals photographed or videotaped as individuals
or those who are easily identified in a small group shot. Generic group or campus
photos do not require a model release.
Please note: in accordance to Education Code section 54626: information may be made
available to newspaper, magazine, radio, or television media and prospective employers
for the purpose of reporting a student’s participation in officially recognized college
activities and sports events or the student’s receipt of college degrees and awards.
