Using AI technology, Roxy provides fast and reliable information so you can get the
help you need when you need it on any device. Roxy Bot is anonymous and multilingual,
so feel free to ask questions in English, Spanish or even Chinese.
Easy to use
If you are on a Roxy-supported page, you will see the chat box at the bottom right
corner of your screen. When you have a Chaffey College-related question or need general
assistance, open the chat box interface and start typing!
How to ask a question
To ensure the best response from Roxy, keep your questions clear and concise. Ask
your questions in a question format for better understanding. If Roxy is unable to
provide an answer, it can offer instructions or suggest you contact an appropriate
department for assistance.
Get specific responses regarding your account
When you ask Roxy a question about you, such as “When is my registration date?” or
“What is my balance due?” Roxy will ask you to sign in to your MyChaffey portal first
before providing a response.
Always getting smarter
Roxy is always learning and improving based on user interactions. The more you use
Roxy, the smarter Roxy becomes. Roxy will also provide suggestions and links when
responding to your questions.
