Student Success Incentive Program

Dear Campus Community,

I am pleased to announce a new initiative that will encourage more Chaffey students to sign up for educational plans, and ultimately succeed at higher rates.

The “Student Success Incentive Program” will officially begin on August 12, the first day of fall term, and end on November 4. During this timeframe, students will earn $50 when they complete an ed plan. And when they schedule an appointment with counseling for a preliminary graduation check, they will earn another $50. Students will be awarded funds through BankMobile, the same way FAFSA funds are dispersed to them. 

Students will progress from “Explorer,” to “Navigator” and finally “Achiever” during this program. We are hopeful that students will feel a sense of accomplishment as they progress, and aspire to complete three phases. 

We are excited to launch this program because there are currently more than 3,000 students enrolled in fall 2024 who have not completed an education plan. The money we have allocated for this initiative can serve as many as 8,000 students.
