Janice Rutherford biography

Janice Rutherford Lim is a Partner with California Strategies, the state’s premiere full service public affairs consulting firm. She served three terms on the Board of Supervisors for the County of San Bernardino and ten years on the Fontana City Council. She attended Chaffey College and was the Club Coordinator for the Associated Student Body before completing her BA at UC Riverside and her MA at Claremont Graduate University. She and her husband, Steve Lim, have two sons in high school and reside in Rancho Cucamonga.
