Measure L Projects

Scope: The facility received upgrades to provide modern instructional space. The project included infrastructure upgrades (e.g. electrical, lighting, & data), accessibility improvements, new finishes (paint/flooring) and a new digital projection and sound system.

Scope: The existing Museum / Gallery will be upgraded and renovated to provide modern gallery space and instructional facilities. The planned renovations will include new HVAC and other infrastructure upgrades, new patio sunshade structure, new gallery lighting, moveable gallery walls; the Props sign installation, and accessibility improvements.

Scope: The project scope is to upgrade the Theatre Wings to provide modern instructional space. The planned renovations will include infrastructure upgrades (e.g. electrical, plumbing, & HVAC), new finishes (paint/flooring), accessibility improvements, new lighting, and restroom renovations.

Scope: The project scope is the installation of a steel frame shade structure located east of the MACC in the center Quad area to provide for additional dining and gathering space for students. The planned improvements will include charging stations, a snack/vending area, and lighting. DLR Group finalized the DSA back check comments and project details.

Scope: The project scope is to provide an exterior gathering location for students and staff. The project will include a new plaza area, landscape & irrigation, modification of traffic routes for service vehicles to the Bookstore, MACC & the costume shop, and relocation of parking and Access Bus drop offs to the adjacent Omnitrans parking lot.

Scope:; Installation of a 700,000-gallon thermal energy storage tank (TES) to increase Central Plants cooling capability throughout the Campus infrastructure system. Addition of six new boilers to increase the capacity of the existing heating systems to meet future demands on Campus.

Scope: The project scope is for the Division of State Architect (DSA) close out of the original College Drive (Amber Lane) project, which was completed back in 2005. The new scope of work is for installation of access improvements in the general area of Automotive Technology building (ATL).

Scope: The project includes the construction of a new 116,000 square foot, 260-space decomposed granite parking lot to serve the needs of adjacent athletic fields.

Scope: The project is the complete removal and replacement of the roof system at the Business Education building with a single ply PVC roof system.

Renovation of approximately 1,700 sq. ft. of the existing Campus Center East Building.

Scope: Additional road and parking lot work at College Drive.

Scope: Comprised of 30,400 sq ft., this will be a new academic building. Inside the building, there will be four classrooms, two labs with prep rooms, a library, a bookstore, student lounge, dance studio, and administration offices.

Scope: This is an energy project services contract, which includes energy efficient lighting amd HVAC systems and controls, along with interior renovations.

Scope: The installation of a new modular unit for a convenience store for Auxiliary Services located in parking lot no. 12, near the Health Science Building.

Scope: Replacement of the existing roof on the two wings of the theater complex, to a new standing seam metal roof.

Scope: The project includes the renovation of the existing fire lane northeast of the Berz Excellence Building and south of the Language Arts Building. The project will rework existing contours of the fire lane, while connecting it to the new Visual and Performing Arts Complex fire lane in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.

Scope: This project consists of a new 22,000 sq. ft. gymnasium. It will include locker rooms and a snack bar.

Scope: This project is comprised of four buildings—two new buildings and two buildings that will be renovated. The 46,000 sq. ft. Performing Arts Building, is a three-story structure, including an art complex, digital media labs, photo studio, dance studio, and post-production lab, art studio, audio lab, interior design lab, lecture rooms, and faculty offices. Additionally, there is a 5,500 sq. ft. one-story Music Rehearsal Building, and includes instrumental and choral rooms. The two existing buildings were renovated and modernized into a Ceramics Lab and Fashion Art Studio.

Scope: The Data and Telecom Cabling project involves the installation of new data and fiber cabling for the Visual and Performing Arts Complex, New Gymnasium, and the Physical Science Building. The work was separated into three (3) phases: Phase I-New cabling to the Fashion, Ceramics, and Music buildings in the Performing Arts Complex and the Physical Science Building; Phase II-New cabling to the Stadium Press Box and New Gymnasium; and Phase III-New cabling to the Performing Arts Building in the Performing Arts Complex.

Scope: The Fontana Phase III Parking Lot project consists of the construction of a new parking lot, landscaping, driveway/fire lanes, walkways, utilities, lighting, and signage at the Fontana Campus.

Scope: The construction of a 100,000 sq. ft. parking lot with 194 parking stalls south and west of the existing parking lots.The parking lot is adjacent to the existing Main Instructional Building located on the Chino Campus.

Scope: Energy project upgrade to the Language Arts and Social Science buildings, which includes installation of new air handling equipment and new lighting systems.

Scope: This project consists of landscaping and creating the irrigation system for the Fontana Campus Phase II project and the library lawn area at the Rancho Cucamonga campus.

Scope:;Comprised of the Health Science Building and the two Life Science buildings, the Health and Life Science Re-Roofing Project, consists of the removal of an existing built up roof on all three locations, and the construction of a new standing seam metal roof.

Scope: Comprised of 22,997 sq. ft., the Physical, Health, and Life Science Project consists of the renovation of five existing buildings.

Scope: Removal and replacement of the existing marquee sign located at the Haven Avenue entrance. The new marquee sign is a double-sided display board constructed of brushed aluminum and baked enamel surfaces.

Scope: This project completely re-constructs Parking Lot 12 (Phase 1) including two accessible parking areas, sidewalks, lights and landscaping. An elevator (Phase 2) was also constructed connecting the VSS facility to Parking Lot 12.
