Immigration response reference materials

Dear Campus Community,

Today we will begin distributing immigration protocol information desktop cards to faculty and staff at all three campuses and the InTech Center. These desktop cards contain information and important contacts that will assist you if you encounter an immigration official on campus or if a student comes to you with questions or concerns about immigration enforcement matters.

We encourage you to display your desktop card either on your desk or another high-visibility location for ease of reference.

Additionally, posters with this information will be put up on display in classrooms. For your convenience, a PDF of the poster is attached to this email in case you wish to print.  

If by next week you do not receive a desktop card or would like more, a stack will be available in PRISM or you can reach out to Nilsa Robertson at nilsa.robertson@chaffey.edu.
