Election Reflection

November 6, 2024

Dear Campus Community,

After any major election, a community can become divided. There are individuals who are hurting this morning with feelings of frustration, disbelief and anger. On the other hand, election results can leave some feeling optimistic and hopeful for the future.

At Chaffey College, we believe that all college campuses should be a place where students feel safe to engage in dialogue and civil discourse, share opinions and perspectives, and most importantly, feel a sense of belonging. Our mission remains steadfast to improve lives through education and to empower all our diverse student populations to thrive.

Today, PRISM will be hosting an Election Reflection event along with our Social Wellness and Behavioral Support Team from 1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in PRISM AD-191 on the Rancho Cucamonga campus.  All are invited to participate in this safe space for open dialogue.

Sincerely,
