Evaluation Procedures Committee

Purpose: Established by Article 20.4 of the Chaffey College District/ Chaffey College Faculty Association District/CCFA Agreement, 2011-2014.

Scope: Review and recommend as appropriate revision(s) to the peer and student evaluation form(s) and procedures for faculty.

Reports to: Associate Superintendent, Instruction and Institutional Effectiveness

Terms of Office: Three year terms.

Members: Four appointed by the District; faculty appointed by the Chaffey College Faculty Senate: David Karp, Neil Watkins; and two appointed by the Association

Meeting Day and Time: This committee meets after a new contract has been ratified and then as needed from then on.
