Community Education Advisory Committee

(formerly known as the Economic Development Advisory Committee)

Purpose: To support and/or enhance Chaffey College's not-for-credit community education program.

Scope: Provide input to Employment Development and Community Education Department about community education program content, logistical/practical issues, and/or marketing; review current program offerings; identify redundancy and duplication of work by the college; provide ideas for new and/or enhanced programming; and provide input to assist the community education program in meeting the needs of the community and reflecting the capabilities of the college.

Report to: Associate Superintendent, Business Services and Economic Development

Terms of office: Two years

Meeting day and time: The committee meets from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays on an as needed basis as community education programs are developed and ready for review/discussion. Meeting dates and location to be determined.
